Hi my name is Kristen Messer and I am a college student as well as a wheelchair athlete.  I was born with CP and, although I can walk independently, I had to find another way to be competitive in sports.  I started wheelchair racing about ten years ago and my long term goals are to compete for the United States on the Paralympic Track Team, get a degree and coach wheelchair sports

My Short Term Goal is to BRING HOME THE GOLD from the Paralympics in London.

I have reached my long term goal.  I MADE the 2012 Paralympic Team - I am so excited - Thanks to all of you for all your support.
